Take a lot of notes. Transcribe word-for-word everything. The better the notes, the more likely you will pass the first time.

It will take between 30 to 50 hours to completre all of the modules. It can take up to 70 hours if you are a slow learner or suffer from A.D.D or A.D.H.D or some form of a Learning Dissability.

No you cannot. Each Module will take you between 1 to 4 hours long. You will not be able to save your work. If for any reason, you cannot complete the Module, you will need to restart that Module all over again.

You have an assigned Coach to help and guide you through this course. In the begining, you will be assigned Jerome Robinson as your coach. Then, you will be assigned other coaches as you progress the Modules. You will be introduced to David Kinder as your Product Knowledge Coach & then Barbara Campbell as one of your sales trainers. You can click on the icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. Ask for help and if someone is available, they will respond usually within 5-minutes. Wait for their response.
